Design of lithium battery for intelligent vacuum cleaner
With the continuous improvement of residents' living standards, the requirements for the improvement of home environment and the change of consumption concept, the demand for vacuum cleaners is bound to have a new breakthrough. It is predicted that in the next few years, China's vacuum cleaner industry will step into the golden development stage, and the vacuum cleaner market has a very broad prospect. The market requirements for vacuum cleaner battery are also gradually improved, requiring energy conservation and environmental protection, long cycle life, safety and stability, and wide operating temperature.
1、 Design requirements for lithium battery of intelligent vacuum cleaner
According to the specifications required by the market and customers, the battery of the intelligent vacuum cleaner matched with the host can be divided into two types:
A. Energy type: small motor vacuum cleaner, with small instantaneous starting and working current, can use energy type electric core (such as Samsung 22F / 26F, Sanyo ur18650f, etc.);
B. Power type: high power motor vacuum cleaner, with high working current, adopts power type electric core. (for example, Samsung 15q / 22P, Panasonic ch, Ka, Sony V3, etc.);

Based on the above advantages and disadvantages, for example, the vacuum cleaner needs a 14.8v/2200mah power battery, and the lithium-ion battery needs only four cells to meet the requirements. Nickel cadmium battery requires 12 cells. In terms of total cost performance, lithium-ion batteries have more advantages than cadmium nickel and nickel hydrogen batteries. Due to the increasing demand for products with high cost performance and longer time in the current market, more accurate solutions are needed when designing the battery of intelligent vacuum cleaner.
