
1. High temperature short circuit test chamber:
Simulation of high temperature environment, testing the safety performance of battery in high temperature short circuit, with automatic insulation function, can also be used for short circuit at room temperature, thermal shock and other tests.
2. Battery thermal shock test chamber:
It can simulate the external rapid temperature rise environment, has the function of programmed temperature rise, and is easy to operate. It can reach the test temperature within the specified time at a certain temperature rise rate and keep it for a certain time. The hot air circulation system is adopted to ensure the uniform distribution of working temperature. It has over temperature protection function and timed shutdown function.
3. Battery incinerator:
It is used to test the safety performance of battery when it is exposed to external fire source. Automatic ignition, automatic control of the test process, can record the whole process.
4. Heavy impact test device:
Simulate the impact of a heavy object on a cell or battery. Remote control, safe and reliable. It can record the whole process.
5. Extrusion tester:
Simulate the situation when the cell or battery is squeezed. The battery is squeezed in two planes, and a squeeze pressure of about 13kn is applied through the hydraulic arm. The squeeze continues until the pressure gauge reading on the hydraulic device reaches 2500 (17.2mpa). Once the maximum pressure is reached, the extrusion is released. The pressure, extrusion time and measurement unit can be adjusted freely, and the performance is reliable. It can record the whole process.
6. Acupuncture testing machine:
Simulate a short circuit inside the cell or battery. The speed, pressure and time of acupuncture can be adjusted, the battery can be fixed by fixture, the whole process can be recorded, and the safety facilities are complete.
7. Drop tester:
The instrument has a maximum weight of 2.0kg, a drop height of 300-500mm (adjustable), a stainless steel scale, a pneumatic adsorption clamping mode, and a multi position, multi angle (edge, angle, surface) drop mode. It is suitable for free drop test of battery, mobile phone, electronic dictionary and other small consumer electronic products and parts, and can meet the requirements of gb8897.4-2002, IDT iec60086-4:2000 and other test methods.
8. Battery internal resistance tester:
The battery internal resistance tester is used to measure the internal impedance of the battery and the damage degree of the acidified film of the battery. It applies 1kHz AC signal to the tested object, and obtains its internal resistance by measuring its AC voltage drop.

9. Battery protection board tester:
The lithium battery protection board tester can quickly measure 1-2 lithium battery protection boards, in order to give consideration to both rapid batch testing and high-precision testing.
