Battery environment test
It mainly tests the environmental adaptability of battery or cell. It can be used for constant humidity and heat, salt spray test, high and low temperature test, low voltage simulation test, etc. Equipped with programmable constant temperature and humidity testing machine, precision salt spray testing machine, high and low temperature test box, low pressure simulation test box, electrothermal constant temperature drying box and other equipment. Programmable constant temperature and humidity tester:
The machine can control the temperature (- 20 ℃ - 150 ℃) and humidity (20% - 98% R.H.) at the same time. The digital display instrument is precise, sensitive, touch-screen operation, convenient and fast. It has programming function, automation and intelligence. It can be used to simulate the storage environment (low temperature, high temperature, high humidity, etc.) of the battery, and can also be used for the high and low temperature cycle test of the battery to measure the environmental adaptability of the battery.
Precision salt spray testing machine:
主要对各种材质之表面处理，包含涂料、电镀、无机及有机面皮膜，阳极处理、防锈油等防腐蚀处理后测试制品之耐蚀性。
Mainly for surface treatment of various materials, including coating, electroplating, inorganic and organic mask, anode treatment, antirust oil and other anti-corrosion treatment to test the corrosion resistance of products.
Instrument features:
1. It has automatic / manual water adding system, which can automatically supplement the water level when the water level is insufficient, and the test will not be interrupted.
2. The temperature controller uses digital display, PID control error ± 01. ℃.
3. Double over temperature protection, insufficient water level warning to ensure safe use.
4. The method of steam heating is adopted in the laboratory, the heating speed is fast and uniform, and the standby time is reduced.
5. Precision glass nozzle can adjust the amount of fog. The conical dispersing device of the spray tower uniformly fogs and diffuses, and falls naturally on the test card, and ensures no crystalline salt blockage.
6. The saturated air bucket is heated and humidified by Henry's law, and provides the humidity required by the laboratory. (humidity of the test chamber can be adjusted automatically).
High and low temperature test chamber:
Simulation of high and low temperature storage environment of battery can be used for high and low temperature cycle test (environmental adaptability), high and low temperature discharge test (electrical performance) and other tests. Microcomputer program control, temperature control range: - 40 ℃ - 150 ℃, accurate temperature sensing system, uniform temperature in the box, digital display, toughened glass window, safe and reliable, stable performance.
Battery high altitude and low voltage simulation test chamber:
The battery high altitude and low voltage simulation test device is to simulate the storage state of the battery in the low pressure environment (11.6kpa) that may occur during the high altitude transportation,. Designed according to the requirements of UL, en, IEC and other standards, it can achieve the low-pressure storage state of samples in a short time, automatically control the test cycle, monitor the air pressure change in the box in the whole process, and realize the automatic termination of the test. It has the characteristics of program control of constant air pressure and safety protection of overpressure by using pressure reducing valve.
